Louis spent eight years in marketing and sales, spending millions of his own capital on paid media and generating more than $100 million in revenue for himself and his clients, across real estate, deep tech, private equity, private credit, insurance, logistics, and energy.
That work put him in the room with two investment bankers who became his mentors and showed him how capital moves at the top: up-market positioning, high-ticket sales, and backend performance fees. He pointed the distribution machine he had built up-market.
In July 2024 he founded Kadenwood. The first transaction, $128 million, closed in three weeks. Kadenwood has since closed more than $1.2 billion in transactions across the lower-middle market and became an eight-figure investment bank in under two years.
Over the last five months he built the agentic systems that now run the firm's back end and fulfillment. Kadenwood Consulting installs that same system for other founders.
